boil the water put eggs under runnin warm water for about 30 secs then boil them for 3-4 mins..
they should come out ok... mine do lol there are three sides to a gemini... the good, the bad and the deliciously dirty | ||

You need my husband!!! He does the most amazing boiled chucky eggs and soldiers. Perfect solid whites and runny yolks, lovely thin soldiers that fit into the egg without breaking the shell at the sides. Just perfect!!! I'll lend him to you if you want. Sweetiejar | ||

You want to try poaching them in water with no poacher. Having followed the instructions to the tee, 3 times in a row, all we ever got was a stringy mess. For boiled I find 4 and 1/2 mins works (sometimes) if you put them in, just as the water starts boiling.
