zanussi washer/dryer: when i depress the start light it keeps flashing, instead of bloomin starting the cycle
from my researches online; this seems to be my very expensive (out of warranty) machine signifying a fault. and zanussi seem to have set it up so that you can't correct it yourself, or find the answer, you have to go to an engineer who has got a licensed copy of their 70 page fault diagnosis manual.
and of course the engineer won't tell you the answer over the phone cos he wants his call-out charge.
i'm spitting teeth actually. it's clear it's all about the callout charge, cos when i phoned they didnt even say, err is it switched on madam, err have you pressed the reset switch etc...
it just fucks me right off, with the company deliberately setting it up so you have to go through their engineers, when it could well be a two second job to put right.
so: 1. has anyone got a fucking copy of the fucking trade manual???? 2. has anyone fucking beat the fucking system? 3. anyone any fucking idea what a fucking zanussi engineer fucking does to put the fucking thing right? or what i can fucking do?? (other than fucking paying the fucking fuckity fuck fuckers a fucking dime?)

hey i'm not stupid. last time i got my boiler fixed for free here. and the time before that someone helped me plumb in my wash basin.
