No dear bloggies, I haven't gone mad and started playing bingo, more to the fact that me and j have been house hunting.
Anyhow - best part of Friday evening was spent viewing several properties, one in particular was perfect, but £7500 over our budget.
Still, not to be detered we put an offer in on Saturday for a nice little 2 bed semi and got it accepted. So, lots of rushing around sorting out paperwork etc. - hopefully everything will go through without a hitch and it will be ours.
So, what else was there to do this weekend but to fiddle! Nice evening on Saturday with j in a nice little outfit, including ballet heels and some leather cuffd and chains. Last night saw us undertaking a little something involving a dark garage, a night capable video camera and an infra-red light... but less said on that subject the better I think! (j does read things on here from time to time, and gets rather red faced when I talk about what we get up to!) Needless to say we both had a *very* good time! 
Right - Zebedee time!

You mean to say that you turned your garage into a quasar-laser?
I do think that perhaps the heels and chains were a bit of a poor effort on your part to make the poor lass lose, tis most unsportsmanly of you.

All the best with it! Frustrations galore ahead of you but you'll get there. If I can offer a bit of advice .... dont start thinking in terms of moving in dates until exchange of contracts time, because they come and they go and removal vans are cancelled and rebooked, and hair is torn out. This is sound advice from an oft-moved lady and a one time conveyancing lawyer!
