Well im almost into my 1st full week as a NON Smoker!! and I gotta say its almost being a piece of cake! Tuesday was THE day that seriously tested my decision to stop. Seriously stressful day!!

There has been a couple of occassions where Ive thought, 'I should be smoking!' Er why?? In all honesty i can say I havent missed smoking, certainly havent missed stinking like a tobaconists! Im glad I dont smoke anymore! Each to their own but for me Im very happy to be a non smoker! Thank You Master xxx
