So it is exactly one year since I first was mad enough to drive 200 odd miles to go and play with Grimly Fiendish - I still wonder why no one warned me.???! Yes that means you Lady! 
Anyway, I thought it be appropriate that I review his behaviour during the year although I can assure you he is NOT getting a pay-rise! (nb this post is supposed to be light-hearted and a bit of fun)
I got the idea for this from my own annual review in work, and it got me thinking what indicators do you rate a Dom/sadist on? I had rough ideas of course, but I did a search on google just to see if i was missing anything. One of the things I searched under was 'perfect Dom' on the UK version of google, just to see what the general consensus of perfection would include. Guess what the third entry was. Yes. *groan* LOL. Well...it was only because he wrote a blog titled that ...so not sure if it counts? LOL.
I am not going to inflate his ego by saying that he is perfect ...because everyone has their faults. Plus also if the ego inflates any further there will be parts of it blown all across the North of Scotland!

| IMAGINATION |
Throughout the year Grimly has shown an extraordinary level of imagination and has demonstrated the capability of turning fantasy into reality.
| CREATIVITY AND TECHNICAL ABILITY |
Grimly has clearly demonstrated that he is able to take his own ideas and those of others and put them into practice by means of devious invention. Within the last year he has put time and effort into making fantastic and unusual bondage and torture furniture bringing about mutual enjoyment. It can be seen that a lot of thought goes into his designs and they are thoroughly tried and tested before use on unsuspecting females.
| EXPERIENCE |
Despite only being 18, Grimly has someone managed to accrue over 21 years of experience as a talented sadist and dominant. The management is not really sure how this is possible, and suspect the use of some time travelling device or age defying potion. Or possibly both. In any event Grimly is able to draw on the experience that he has gained and has a vast amount of ideas that he can bring to a scenario.
| SENSE OF HUMOUR |
The fact that Grimly still remains an employee of this organisation is a clear testament to his sense of humour. We are aware that had it not been due to his sense of humour and devious mind, that his employment with us would not have lasted beyond the induction period. Many Doms have in the past failed the 'water at 5.30am test' with the reply of 'you're not submisive enough' or 'you're taking the piss out of me' or 'you dont respect me'. Not Grimly. No. He responded with cunning and a streak of sadism, and has continued to do so on numerous occasions.
| COMMUNICATION |
Grimly is easily able to communicate whilst at work, and is a good listener. He is able to pick up on both verbal and non-verbal methods of communication and respond appropriately. Unlike other Dominants, he does not ignore feedback and reacts positively to it.
| SAFETY |
Grimly has always been responsible for safety, and is able to pace a scene and judge things so that safewords are not required and will listen to any concerns or requests to alter things. He is very safety conscious and shows he rates this of great importance.
| SELF CONTROL |
Grimly is able to control himself and does not loose his temper if bratted against, but responds instinctively and appropriately and shows signs of self control at all times.
| RESPECT |
Grimly always shows his respect for the management, and demonstrates a good deal of job satisfaction! Also, trust can be put in Grimly to know what he is doing and to know that the scene is in no danger of going too far.
| SUMMARY |
On the whole Grimly has excelled in every area and met expectations. However, we do not feel a pay rise is warranted this year due to his problem of not being able to give up his love of 'enforced hat wearing' LOL.
