As Thomas gets another year younger 
, i find myself struggling what to get him. I find this more and more difficult every year and this year is no exception. One thing i have learnt over the years is that he prefers experiences which create memories rather than items as gifts, so i eventually plumped for tickets to go and see the Shaolin Monks performing martial arts alongside the Chinese State Circus this weekend.
Tonight will be quiet and uninterrupted hopefully. Got him his favourite sushi (even though is despise the stuff) for dinner and hopefully we will be able to enjoy each others company.
