... all my troubles seemed so far away. And they still do.
Yesterday was one of those magical days when you feel blessed; when everything went as planned (despite my inability to find Caledonian Tube Station by car - well, I mean come on - who needs to find a tube station by car, usually?).
[p] and I went to the LFF and the Skintwo Expo. That would have been a great day out anyway but it had the added significance of being the first time we had ever been "out" in public - the first time [p] had ever worn his collar in public. It was a moving experience for both of us.
Putting his collar on him - knowing we were going to walk out of my flat into the 'nilla city - was an act of significance that felt, for me, like the first time I ever collared him. I was, am, so proud of him and so touched and honoured by the gift of his submission.
Some of you know why I am looking for another sub, someone to share my life with on a 24/7 basis, despite having [p] in my life. Those who do will also know that [p] and my relationship is time limited and why. None of that matters in the here and now. "Carpe diem" as the old adage says. And we did.
I love going to the LFF. Usually I wear mufti, yesterday in honour of the occasion I dressed up. A long black dress by Anna Scholz and high heeled sandals. We aren't talking stilettos but these have 3 inch heels and I'm not used to 'em, as you probably noticed if you saw me tottering around. I felt fabulous and judging by [p]'s reaction he thought so too - but then he always does. He also wore basic black, all the better to set off his collar and he looked gorgeous. Yes, I'm biased, but he did!
We had lunch at the LFF, looked at stalls and attempted
to buy a horsehair flogger after trying a couple out.
That was fun in itself
Unfortunately we hadn't
figured on cash transactions being the order of the day
so I'll be collecting "our" flogger at next month's
fair. For those of you who know about these things (I
didn't) I opted for a chestnut flogger - hee hee hee >![]()
And on to skintwo. By now I'd had enough of walking as if I had bound feet and so changed my shoes for flatties. I think [p] was more than a little relieved - both because of the difficulty he had trying to match my tottering pace and a fear that I was going to fall off 'em and break an ankle lol.
We hadn't intended to spend a lot of money - though we spent less than we intended since the paying by plastic method failed us once again - so at the next LCC munch I'll be picking up a couple of items we particularly want. We did buy a sweet little blindfold (basic black of course) and some bondage tape (no prizes for guessing what colour...). We also got measured for a corset and a bodice. [p] tried on a beautiful corset - now he isn't CD and I'm not into forced feminisation but yum! He looked fantastic and felt very comfortable. Unfortunately the one he tried on was £245 and that is beyond our budget.
A violet wand set was also beyond our budget but after
having had a little demo that is a must have item!
Wonder whether mummie and daddy will feel generous this
Xmas... er, p'raps not
So we'll be saving for that -
and that's a promise [p] :D
Looking at all the stalls and adding to my pressie and wish list was fun, but the best part of the experience was watching [p]and sharing his pleasure at being "out" and about. It wasn't at all that he was like a wide eyed ingenue, far from it, but his contentment at being with his Mistress and his pride at wearing my collar was apparent.
And finally we came home. [p] had been wearing his leather cock straps all day and I knew he was hurting. I had intended to build on that but in the end it wasn't what I wanted. I released him - agony enough.
So the day ended gently by candlelight with silk and a body brush on his skin as he lay blindfolded but unrestrained. And that was perfect too.
