I just thought....I'd like to be taller, I'm 5'8 and would like to know if there are any easy ways to add a bit of height but to conceal it? (no high heeled stilletto or platform suggestions please....)

Dude, I'm a short arsed 5'3... it doesn't matter it's all in how you carry your inches. I've met people over 6ft who I would never trade places with. It's kinda like being bald and wearing a toupee... what will people say when you take them off?

You could try heel lifts - designed for people with one leg a bit shorter than the other (or longer, depending on which side of them you're standing), but you could put one in each shoe. http://www.algeos.com/html/products/clearlyadjus... It's only going to add 1/2 inch though, so maybe not worth it? "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking up at the stars" | |

You could try pilates: “Physically, many people have been known to actually get taller by working out consistently. By emphasizing posture, you learn to stretch your spine through pilates, and by strengthening the deep abdominals to support the rest of the body you learn to maintain your height effortlessly. The most impressive results are those reported by people who have slouched most of their lives and after a few months of practicing pilates they are able to stand up much straighter, and are therefore measurably taller. However, even people having studied dance consistently for years before beginning a pilates program, have noticed an increase in their heights over time.” And Google provides the following link: http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=... ....following fluffy white clouds into all sorts of strange places....the last of a million kisses should be just as sweet as the first....Who am I? Tall and proud 6ft1 and very proud of my height, I wish I was taller. I think 6ft 4 would be a great height. If you wanna look taller then wear long slim clothes Buzz If I want your opinion I will beat it out of you |
