...i know there have been a number of negative post recently, ppl feel they needed to let out their frustration, there worries and sometimes seeing it in writing allows them to rationalise their concerns...
...this said...i am happy, it is a contented happiness, an inner happiness 
nothing worries me at the moment that my friends on here and in my nilla life can't help me through, i know my friends are always there to lend support or more if required, i feel that if you can change something thats bothering you then change it if not then why worry... 
...and the best thing at the moment that has made me feel all warm and happy inside (no it doesn't need batteries 
) is a piece of paper, left for me to find by my best friend, with wonderful warm words on it it means alot to me

Glad your happy, reading your bit about changing things and if not don't worry, really am trying to relate to it but well cant seem to, but not for the want of trying... not worried as such, just stuff going on and hard to get to that contented happiness you have found. hugz x

for such a little one your extremely smart purza(A) - that 'inner' happiness is very hard to destroy, once you have it you tend to keep it even through difficult times and you get to keep it with the help of friends and the latter bit - well probably the first rule of stress management in my book ave a good weekend ((h)) beanie_J

wouldn t it be wonderfull if people were more content with their lot.........more appreciative of the good things glassses half full rather than half empty. i fear we may have become a world of whinging, negative, "the world owes me", attention seeking poor victims. i know whos company i prefer.......... COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS......however small and bathe in them x

lol not even the kids arguing got me down ... the glass keeps getting topped up, lol i am going to be ratted on happiness at this rate...yayyy no hangover *giggles*
