I've tried tape before and while it does work very well at being restrictive, I really don't like the feel of it (or cling film). Your method does sound better than what I've tried before though so it might be worth trying, thank you for sharing that.

I have some real leather ones too . . . I would advise that its important to try them for size both in terms of the size of the mitt section and the width of the cuff . . . after all, you don't want them slipping off now do you | ||||

I have some... they work really well but I can't remember who the feck I got them from (it was a long time ago), I don't really need them though, do you want me to bring them to Nemesis so you can have a look at them and see if its what your looking for ? Just right for me | ||||
