Anal Discipline Guide - Using Figging Technique
This one is mainly for improving the posture of the Subbie While she's working her arse off for her Master 
(1) Get a subbie, Pref one with a nice arse, Female if you can.
(2) Get some Ginger Root big enough to fit into the subbies arse.
(3) Make sure that subbie has her hands tied behind her back.
(4) Get subbie to lay on her front on a table and restrain her, pull her panties down and put them in her mouth.
(5) Spank subbies arse until it's red and well tanned, when finished, preper the Ginger Root by cutting it into a shape of a butt Plug.
(6) Open up subbies arse with a arse opener - pref one like this: ARSE OPENER
(7) When subbies arse is wide enough, stick the Ginger Root Butt Plug into Subbies arse, making sure that the root is wet, and watch her scream, also you can apply the Ginger Root to the Gentles before you insert it into the Subbies arse.
(8) When the Ginger Root is fitted correctly, get subbie to stand up, take her panties out of her mouth and put them on her over the ginger
Rooted arse.
Now the next 2 steps are up to you, you can add whatever fun you want to add to make your subbie dance with either pain or pleasure.

You can also use the same technique for so called pussy figging too, just to give you lot an idea hows it's done:
Front bum figging
As of the 12/2/06 the link does not work, so for Gingering the Clitoris you need to:
1) Trim the ginger root into a Oval ball if you can.

I do hope you mean the un-used ginger root, as i wouldnt want your mother to take the used stuff and pop it in her womens institute's ginger cake.
ive found you can make a groove (ring) around the base of the finger of ginger and tie some string on it, its easier to get out after use and it also adds to the humliation aspect of it.
