It's rather dangerous to get your actual clit pierced, however if you were to go for your clit hood, the risks are a lot lower. This is a good place to get pierced as the urine can help with the sterilisation and healing process.

It is quite dangerous to have anywhere pierced. Choose a piercer who has been recommended to you. If you haven't been pierced before you have to be wary of scar tissue etc. You also have to be preapred to be even more conscientious about cleanliness than you already are and will have to wait some time before you can play with the area in question....

Sounds good, how long is the healing process, what precautions do we need to take?

Everyone heals differently but the piercer will usually recommend about a month to 6 weeks. (when i got my prince albert done i was told to wait a week, but then, the piercer was a mate of mine)

My boyfriend pierced my hood for me with a canula needle. You have to consider the placing of the piercing. How high up the (inner side) of the hood do you want the entry point and how high up the outer flesh do you want the exit point. If you look at picture on bmzine you will see that some people have the exit point very high, which means the metal has to pass through more flesh. A piercing like that will take longer to heal. Mine took less than two weeks to heal. The mucus membrane heals quickly and easily. I used salt water on it, which I now realise was incorrect, it should have been proper saline. It was fine anyway.

The benefits are that it looks great. A decorated cunt is a prettier cunt(IMO). Some people report that it stimulates their clitoris. If you have a ring in it then you have an extra bondage point

I heard that there are complications with about 25% of piercings. If you were unfortunate to have a complication I feel pretty sure you would not want it in your clit.

There is only one person who is alive and walking on this planet who i trust with piercing me. He has done my nipples, clit hood and inner labia. NO-ONE else would ever be trusted and i can trust him with my life (and have done).

If you want his number to discuss this, i will pass it on in a memo and he wont even mind your partener being there either.

Interesting topic. I have a tummy piercing and several ear piercings. I am very interested in a clit hood piercing too.

But yes, go to somewhere well known, as with many things, don't place your cunt in the hands of an idiot.
