I've been looking for detailed descriptions online on how to do scrotal infusions, yet to no avail. I've found lots of pictures, and general comments. What I am looking for is something more step by step, for example, into which region of the scrotal sac one inserts the catheter etc (I am assuming it is the top, but I don't like to assume things). And, of course, I would like to be alerted to any specific medical things that tend to go wrong: I am pretty dexterous when dealing with animal medical situations, and even though the human ones are usually similar, I want to be sure. I am aware that the best thing is to watch someone else do it, but unless there is a "scrotal infusion day" coming up anytime soon at a fetish event, I have to find another way... Thank you! I presume you mean saline infusions? if so, wasnt there a recent thread about this? xx Don't worry; it only seems kinky the first time.

It's putting saline into the scrotal sac, so I suppose it can be called either, yup! Being a sad student with procrastination galore, I hang on here far too much, so I guessed I would have seen the thread on this topic. But I could have missed it, and have therefore started one of those "haven't we spent hours arguing about this already??" threads. Dammit. (Unless you mean the urethral stretching one, that sort of went belly up)...

Not sure why, but I'd lean towards body mod sites as being a place to find info on this. I had a quick search of BMEzine.com, and it looks like there's a fair few articles talking about experiences, but unfortunately there's a subscription needed to read any of them. Best bet I can come up with, unless someone on here can help (or has a better idea!), would be to hunt out a good Body Mod forum, and try asking there. Back in the mists of time I asked about branding based stuff on one, and got some very informative answers (on a sadly now defunct site)
Good luck Phoenix Fool enough to almost be it, Cool enough to not quite see it,

To go with the annoying answer first, what do people get out of having needles stuck in them? Or being hit with things? Or drinking someones urine? Or blahblah..... To be more serious though, I suppose activities towards the 'lesser talked about' things would have people asking 'why?', and I'm not sure that I can answer it that well. It's something I'm curious about trying one day (on what seems to be a scarily ever growing list!). Physically I think it'd be a very interesting sensation (both whatever comes with the induction of the saline itself as the body accomodates it, then the obvious change in sensitivity and difference in size in the area when inflated). Psychologically I think it'd bring a big feeling of vulnerability, not to mention potentially quite a lot of fear based stuff too. That's not a particularly articulate description of why I'm interested in it either, since it's feeling hard to actually comprehend what being on the end of it would really be like. For those with a medical fetish I imagine it could probably also hit that particular button also. Phoenix Fool enough to almost be it, Cool enough to not quite see it,

Is it "infusions" or "inflation"?
It's putting saline into the scrotal sac, so I suppose it can be called either, yup!
There was a satellite broadcast featuring this procedure some 12 months ago - being every bit as 'sad' as anyone else I recorded it (on DVD) and still have it to this day, at least, the DVD is still in existence although I will have to retrieve it from the Domme who borrowed it recently. If you think it may help I am sure that the lady in question - a computer whizz - could download/upload or whatever and send it via the 'net.
