This year will see the first Informed Consent Awards, given to the best of UK BDSM, as voted by IC members. Awards will be made in six categories: best new club, best established club (in London), best established club (outside London), best community group, best shop and best publication.
Between 1st November 2005 and 30th November 2005, anyone can make nominations for these awards using the nomination form on the website. From the information given in the nominations, a short-list will be drawn up for each category and published at the start of December 2005.
Memberships of IC which were created before 1st November 2005 will then be eligible to rank the candidates in each category, during the voting period in December. The winner in each category will be announced between 25th and 31st December 2005.
