Probably because when we do, people are far too inventive and rather evil minded! The following example uses some specialised equipment, but necessity is the mother of invention and i'm more than sure people will come up with alternative ideas if it isn't available. If all else fails a dildo taped to the end of a broom handle and an obliging thruster would do the trick. It's oral sex in a whole new way so club rule friendly.
