OK I have come to the realisation that the world is full of lazy stupid people!!!
I dont just mean in the scene, I mean in real life, today I have been interviewing people for a job, people have been late they have been lazy wankers and utterly stupid.........honestly I can see why they are unemployed!!!
I am finding my Domme side at work, I am really getting tough with applicants, yesterday I was trying to coax more info out of them and today I have refused to suffer fools!!!!!!
I hate stupid people!!!!!!!!!!!
Hmmmmmmmmm wonder if I can be as assertive with all the married HNG I get emails from on sites :o)

most people hate interviews, even those that say they dont mind them. stress levels can be high. people will be late, often not intentionally, but will have put off leaving for the interview till the last min cos they really dont want to go. they may want the job, but the hurdle of the interview messes with their head. the same reflects in the interview too. there are very few occasions when as an interviewer, you actually get to see the person under the nerves. even as a skilled interviewer, it can be very hard sometimes, getting under the stupid, fumbling layer to the person underneath. and, as an interviewer, this is your job. not to discard such people, but to discover the values underneath, to see that in reality, after the interview, this person would really fit in. personally, i prefer to interview a short list from an agency/s, deciding on a person and then starting them off as a temp to perm placement. once a person knows this, it seems to relax the situation a bit. they know that their real worth will 'out' during the 13 week period. from my point of view, it means that, if someting is not right, i can dispense with their services easily and effectivly at short notice. without having to endure the costs of taking on a full time employee until i am satisfied with that person. in reality a temp to perm arrangement allows you a 13 week second or third interviw with an individual. you are as sure as you can be before starting that full timer.
