Hello folks
Well, I am counting down the hours now, not days, weeks, months or even years. Yes i am 40 tomorrow, so do i care about this? not really. Yes its just another birthday but i really do see it as a huge milestone in my life.
Sometimes you need those special days to help you take stock of everything around you, who you are, where you are, what you are. Ok, we all do this anyway from time to time. But instead of feeling down, i want to grasp this opportunity with both hands and really make some changes. Not sure what they will be yet, just formulating in my mind presently.
I am sure though that those who see me at the clubs and munches will notice a happier more contented me who is ready and willing to take hold of the next stage of this great life.
Thanks to my special friends who helped me celebrate last friday, it was a great evening.
and i expect there to be lots of happy birthdays on here, just to make me feel special for a day ![]()
huggggggggs to everyone

...I'm sure i read somewhere that medical science has deemed a woman's sexual and physical peak to be around the 45 mark, so i would say that things can only get better!!!!
....;And suddenly i find myself, listening to a Man i've never known before, telling me about the Sea, and all His love, 'til Eternity....'

40s is great i loved being 30 but 40 is so much cooler you can get away with so much saying "oh its my age you know" Look at Demi Moore etc they look better then in their 20s and it is said 40s are the new 30s so there you go just knocked 10yrs off lol
Have a great birthday

Age really is just a record of time.
Now at forty you will be able to both have cake and eat it, because past this "milestone" we have the gift of remembering youthful mistakes while having acquired the practice to manipulate them to our advantage. I once refused to wish a mild acquaintance "happy twenty fourth birthday" which led to her submitting to my whims for some few years, until work commitments seperated our paths. So to avoid treading on another Master's property. Happy birthday but more importantly, happy memories.
