So far so good......

Exams – passed with flying colours. Am so pleased, although if I'm honest I did work very hard last year.

Mini Mel – she's gone up North to visit her father. Hence a lovely peaceful summer. It's VERY quite around here without her.

Birthday – A took me to France for a few days. We took the overnight ferry from Newhaven and spent four days touring around Normandy. It was lovely; we saw beautiful villages, magnificent châteaux and just wandered up and down the empty lanes of the French countryside.

We stayed in a very typical French hotel, straight out of 'allo allo' (only needed the checked tablecloths). It was a place A stayed in years ago – he remembered the fantastic menu, he was right, it was still fantastic. Not being a French speaker, A patiently translated everything – I was most impressed. He even sounded quite sexy!

We even spent a while looking at French property. Was looking at a remote house with outbuildings and chapel. We discussed at length how the chapel could be converted into a dungeon. We could hire the house and chapel out for BDSM holidays. Just discussions at this stage, but who knows? Watch this space!

Came back to a huge upset.... maybe I'll blog about it later. Don't want to spoil this lovely log with moans.

He even sounded quite sexy! Reading your account of your stay brought back many happy memories. My Beloved and I both love Normandy! We have a week booked there in mid October in a traditional half timbered cottage in a wood. We are going with two other Dom/sub couples and I can't wait!
