On Friday I managed to get a rare evening off and so we went to the munch. It is quite a few months now since I've been, it was good to be with the familiar crowd again.
Today we cycled up to Kinkfest, watched some great bondage from which I hope I've picked up some ideas and techniques. We went to a couple of interesting workshops. One interesting moment, it was strange to be along with quite a few other attentive onlookers in a room watching someone having their labia pierced with hypodermic needles. We enjoyed the ambience, it was relaxed. We also collected an IC ribbon each. There was too much going on to see enough.
Getting ready for the party tonight, subby asks what toys we'll be taking along, I say mostly rope for bondage, she says appealingly that she'd like a flogging too.
In the evening we went there by tube. When we arrived all the many pieces of dungeon furniture were already in use. Found a quiet corner and tried a few quick ties on subby to see how much I'd taken in. H' offered the me use of any of his toys, made me smile. Soon we were using a St. Andrews cross. I tied her onto it and spent some time flogging her and tormenting her with a very thin cane, she was shaking and I'd stop to caress her until she stopped shaking, then I'd flog her again, by the time we finished I was hitting her quite hard. We left a couple of hours earlier than we might have done had there been somewhere comfortable enough to have proper aftercare.
It was a real occasion and great to see such a variety of sexual orientations all together enjoying it.
