Miss P, Can I thank you for your support. I was the 'Boy' from 'The Specialist Firearms Unit' although the guy I was with didnt and doesnt know about my fetish habbits. I have been into the fetish scene for sometime, but unfortunately with the way the police have been about anything odd or kinky it isnt something that I talk about, especially within the world of the Macho Firearms guys, as they seem to think it is something odd and covertly Homosexual about it (unfortunately despite the number of officers that popped down for a look, most of whom where pretty young in age and service, thsi attitude is still around in many areas of the service). You and I both know that that is a long way from the truth, and I for one have seen some of the most stunning women at Fetish parties and indeed I saw a few that afternoon, so they obviously dont know what they are missing !!!. However there are plenty of pervs in the job, and they come out of the woodwork when events like this happen, after all the first thing that a pair of Sergents I met on the station that were handing over to us said was 'If you get a chance there is a fetish party going on round the corner' and indeed I believe it was the very interested WPC that commented to me, that 'If she could get in for free with her handcuffs, imagine what I could get in my body armour and with my big gun'
None of us were specially picked we were all part of the increased security measures that were put in place after the recent terror attacks on London, but I for one was happy to come and protect the fetish community (especially since I had originally hoped to get the day off to attend the event anyway). This was indeed mentioned by one or 2 of the people coming and going from the event, not to mention the numours comments about how much they liked the uniform, or they wished their partners had a uniform like that. I was also interested in the number of other officers who found the need to come and check the event out, but I was very amused by one young lady who stopped myself and my college up on the station and asked if we knew where SeOne was as she was going to an exhibition. When pressed as to what the exhibition was she was very coy and replied 'A fetish exhibition' she then went to great lengths to tell us that it wasnt her who was interested but a friend of hers who was really into the scene etc etc. I wonder why she felt she had to be shy about something which is nothing to be ashamed of, and I would have thought she might have got the idea that we had no problem about it, since we knew immediately where she was talking about. If she is reading this, sorry to embarress you like that as we knew immediately what you wanted we just wanted to see if you would actually tell us what the exhibition was all about.
Anyway I have gone on long enough. If any of the lovely people who attended Kinkfest and commented on my uniform are reading this and want to get in touch, or indeed anyone who fancies chatting about the Fetish scene or the Police or anything else feel free to contact me.

It was a fantastic idea to invite some authentic uniformed WPCs in to walking around. Wasn't sure when i saw the first being escorted whether it was a good repro, or she was actually a WPC. Soon to be followed by several others. Perhaps i could make the suggestion to regularly incorporate it into the Kinkfest schedule. Mick could you try and arrange some Armed WPCs, fantastic! Perhaps carrying a set of business cards with some details on so people can contact you would be an idea folks? Not that I'd expect a WPC to take that card in front of her mates... be cunning though - slip her two so she can publicly rip one up in front of her mates and throw it away, keeping the spare.

People contacting their local police about threats / stalking by email / yahoo etc, but also mentioning IC. The police don't turn up asking for the IC hard drives, but contact me asking if I have any additional information beyond what the ISP / Yahoo / Hotmail already has (I don't.) If they wanted to get nasty - remember Spanner and Club Whiplash in the 80s/90s - this would be an obvious way of harrassing us.
More recently, this little shit with a sex shop in Manchester who tried to get IC shut down as part of his vendettas against KinkFest and me. The police response was to try to persuade me to press charges for his "I'll smash your fucking face in" threats at the Manchester Munch, rather than them using it as a chance to harrass us (and GMP was the police force in the Spanner case remember.)
Things have moved on a lot
