It's really cool man, they serve really good coffee and have loads of art to look at and books to read. They also have a downstairs where i think they do special events but I've never been to one

Cake is excellent, coffee dreamy, choice of literature and artwork ranging from kinky to outrageous - highly recommended. Not cheap, but very much worth it. A home for wandering kindred spirits, and usually with some interesting customers, too. When not in use for special events, downstairs is very cozy! Mistress Scarlet

They normally have meetings/munches/ discussion groups downstairs on a sunday and a few meetings in the evenings as well. Plus its a great excuse to go and check out the new Libidex shop just around the corner. check it out at http://www.coffeecakeandkink.com Edited 27 Jun 05, 5:52 PM by demolitionred

Fab place to go... the owners are very nice people, coffee is good and the cake amazing as well as all the pervery stuff around and the other things they hold there... go and take a look you wont regret it (bit pricy but well worth it)

They have the most appalling stairs ever...infact they're so bad I think they were designed specifically to win a worst staircase in the world contest if a thing looks, tastes and smells like a biscuit, then a biscuit it will generally be

My size 13 feet find the stairs a problem too. the cafe is excellent though and its real cool downstiars even in hot temperatures outside ..like a lounge area.. the staff service should get a mention to they do a great job and are very friendly Signature :<insert clever/profound comment here>

it's ok, you can keep your heart, but if you have a spare left elbow? if a thing looks, tastes and smells like a biscuit, then a biscuit it will generally be Edited 27 Jun 05, 5:41 PM by MissToria

Yes, agreed. Very scary in heels - perfect to make a subbie carry coffee down though. The coffee is worth it - very good.
