Many thanks for all your mail and memos since the death of my Father, I will answer all over the next day or so, promise.
Not a way you would choose to spend a summers day but as funerals go you could not expect better, lovely country church, wonderful weather, huge turnout and a country pub within a strolling distance. What could have been a very grim morning was a perfect long day of celebration to a truly good man.
I have a great deal to live up to.
