I was pointed in the direction of the safe word logs this morning read a couple and was tempted out of my burrow. Tend to favour being sadist rather than a masochist therefore as a rule I do not read the logs.
First the apologies:
Might just save me having to write another log this year.
I have not read all the previous logs, my apologies if I repeat any views expressed by others. Also apologies to those who take this 'lifestyle' oh so seriously I might be criticised for this but what the hell ,,, I have broad shoulders………….. Not being a Master (although called it by one My slave ish) a lot of this stuff leaves me cold and i don't pretend to understand ,,, or want to, I consider myself a ' Dom ' if a label is needed. I just do my own thing really.
Safe words: ,,, what safe words…. They maybe needed at the beginning of a relationship or when breaking in a novice, to reassure and to build up trust maybe. I have never used safe words never needed to, really if I cannot tell from my actions, the reactions of others, and from a basic knowledge of body language when a person has had enough, then errrrr,,, really I shouldn't be doing stuff like this.
Obviously there is something wrong ,,,, seriously wrong ,,, if a slave / sub is taken beyond a given safe word, however much you try to justify this action by any M/s code, written or otherwise, this is not Safe, Sane or Consensual. Any M or D of any flavour who does this should really think of seeking help.
Pushing limits is not going over the line but to it, I urge any subs or slaves who in their eagerness to submit, please and indeed to love,,,,,,,, if you have any doubts say No. If you have serious doubts …. walk away.
Whatever your leanings or views of this 'lifestyle', it is not an excuse for abuse.
