Have talked to two potential ladies. Both report a definite lack of Masters who understand the psychological side of BDSM. Plenty around who want to wield a crop but precious few who seem to be able to make the submissives mind work as hard as her body.
Personally unless I can win over the mind I am not interested in just the physical side by itself. I guess I like a challenge. A 'doormat' is of no interest to me. Most of the ladies I meet online agree. BDSM is an activity for intelligent people. If I don't feel the lady appreciates what she is getting involved with I back off. We are dealing with powerful emotions and the responsibility is not to be taken lightly.
