That very much depends on how you define 'attractive'; I for one, find 'older' women very alluring.

My desires are nothing so pedestrian...

Being just a few years off fifty I have rarely been topped by someone who is actually older than me and it matters not a jot but for conversation and just general vanilla stuff it would be nice if some of these middleaged men had more of an appreciation of the wisdom, calmness and life experience that mature women offer.

My suspicion is that we scare the dominant pants off them.

Assuming that the "women live 7 years longer than men" stat is correct, then a man of 35 would need to be with a woman of 42 for them to be likely to "pop their clogs at a similar time".

If he were with a woman of 28, then she'd be statistically likely to be a widow for 14 years after he'd shuffled off this mortal coil.

Whatever the actual statistics figures, I think you have your arithmetic a bit muddled there. If a woman is 7 years younger than her partner, and she is expected to die at an age 7 years older than the age at which he dies, then she will be expected to outlive him by 14 years!

Purely as a simplistic prediction based on the average life expectancy difference you quoted, to maximise the chances of their dying in each others' arms, the 35 year old man should be looking for a 42 year old woman, not one of 28!

Of course, none of that takes into account the selective effects behind those life-expectancy statistics. To some extent, the average life expectancy of men is skewed towards them apparently dying younger because they are statistically more likely than women to die in their 20's and 30's through causes such as road accidents, gang violence, or as military casualties, or in their 40's , 50's, 60's through heart attacks, etc. The difference in "rest of life" expectancy for both sexes once in their 70's is actually much less than the uncorrected average for the whole life span.

It is for similar reasons that one reads horrfying figures such as the average life expectancy being less than 40 in some third-world countries such as the poorer parts of Africa. It's not because no-one lives beyond their 40's, but a reflection of the high infant mortality and deaths of many young people due to famine and disease.

Anyway, on that cheerful note, I will return to addressing the OP!

Like you, of course I would also welcome the chance of making use of a young female sub (or 2!), and I have enjoyed such fun in the past. I also have a couple of friends whose age difference is such that she is young enough to be his daughter, but that is their choice, just like the choice of the one whose profile you referred to. I have read what I believe to be her profile (she apprently posted above) and although it is a bit of a downer to realise that it looks like I have seen to many decades to have any chance of enjoying her company, I would say it reads as a humourous way of her highlighting her requirements, and certainly is not in any way offensive.

We all have our different needs and limits; let's not be offended if someone else's limits exclude us from being one of their needs.
