After hosting the munch for many years, possibly the longest ever tenure as a munch host in the UK scene, Duncan has decided to hand over the running of the Manchester Munch, and asked me to take over. We all owe Duncan a debt for running the munch for so long regardless of how difficult it became to do so, and his service to the Manchester kink community is to be appreciated.
So, you will find me in Tribeca from 12 midday onwards hoping some bugger else is going to turn up.
Don't forget that you can team up the munch with 2 great clubs this weekend, with Lash on the Saturday night after the munch, and a bonus Valentines Kage on the Sunday. Good luck with running the munch I think you'll do a fab job. I don't know how Duncan has done all the travelling over the years I'm knackered when I come up from the east midlands. Can I have a yearly argument over nando's and Chinese and throw a curry into the mix

Of course, I forgot about Total Enclosure. I haven't been to it at MARS, but I went at the Manchester Dungeon and it was a cracking night. I have been informed that this month is the Manchester Munch's birthday as well! 14 years - when I think how old some of the current regulars were when it started it makes me whince! I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who came today, and my weren't there a lot of you!
Considering I almost didn't make it today because of lurgy and pining for a latex nurse, I'm very glad I did. I saw the kind of munch I want the Manchester Munch to be: laid-back, welcoming to newbies, and most of all, fun. And I barely had to do anything to make that happen!
