Is this not the ultimate in control and submission domination? Crushing is actually a very underestimated form of torture.I have been reduced to pleading and desperation and extreme pain just by having my chest SAT on.It actually doesn't take a great deal of weight either...10-1/2 stone has had that effect,though obviously a heavier weight achieves it more quickly.
