The water made the surface of your skin too conductive, so instead of the current passing through your muscles, where you would feel it, the current whizzed over the surface of your skin without effect. Whatever you do, don't use any mains operated electrical toys in the shower ! | ||

Though I did have an interesting experience whilst adjusting the water flow in a shower on a Swedish farm. It was a "wet room" and the water outlet was a big chromed grill in the floor. I reached up to the shower control and got a weak shock that pulsed every couple of seconds.
Turns out the farmer had used the water pipes as the "earth" for his mains powered electric fence be a switch, double your fun | ||

Pissing in wind will have little effect-try pissing INTO wind for the best effect, especially a wind greater than 10kts.
