I am thinking the piss ice cube needs to be secured just above an open ring gag and secured head.

With every outward breath the piss ice cube melts just a little and dribbles into the open gag and mouth to be swallow and tasted over a long period of time.

Just to make sure the full flavour is appreciated!

Take one table tenns ball (Bigger if your sub has a big mouth,) make a small hole either end and thread through a bootlace or string of your choice.
