Clean bill of health. Obviously just a physical check then. Gorgeous and extremely naughty nurse in s wales. But doubt your heart could take it. And let's be honest. You are now in no physical shape for me anyway. Love you Mr B. Hope you feel better soon. X Separated by distance, inseparable in spirit. | |||

Practicality: ibuprofen and paracetamol and codeine can all be taken together as they work on totally different sides of pain relief. I'd recommend taking ibuprofen first, paracetamol 2 hours later, codeine 2 hours after that and keep taking each as often as you're allowed in a staggered formation. This keeps the pain relief as high as possible at all times, so you don't get that period about an hour before you're allowed to take the next one when everything is agony. Don't take codeine if you are like me and get high on them though...! And if you suspect anything is broken, there is some evidence that ibuprofen (and other NSAIDS) slow healing of bone, so you shouldn't take that. Other practicality: if you're worried, it's perfectly possible to take a taxi or call an ambulance to anywhere, regardless of truck. Hopefully though you really are just bruised . Pain is the body's way of saying "something's wrong", so listen to it! For every minute you are angry you lose sixty seconds of happiness. (Ralph Waldo Emerson) |
