Now you mention it I'm not keen on the word "lifestyle", I just think it sounds a bit clunky. I like "scene" better, but I love "of the same church"-it sounds really tame and sort of ironic to Me at least because it's not about acting tame at all which you wouldn't know unless you were a part of it. Sadder still to watch it die than never to have have known it. | ||

I have a BDSM lifestyle. I enjoy being part of the scene. Sometimes I have a scene with a submissive. Sometimes a session, but that normally encompasses the whole afternoon/evening, and involves as many scenes as we go through. Everyone knows what I am refering to when said in context. You're missing the point or being intentionally antagonistic, I don't know which. But in answer - I can't just "get on with it" because it's at times I am writing I need the different word and I don't play on line. Whilst I am indeed "getting on with it", there is no need for those words. Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. |
