well there we go, some honesty and integrity, folk still have a right to know
please don't mention the Leveson thingy, it is an ongoing legal thingy and until it's finished i think it might be illegal to talk about it, least ways in my blogg
actually reporters have gone from doing bdsm down to hardly saying anything about it at all, some good press is desperately needed
thats the problem though, we have gone from bad to pathetic

Two points. 1] No-one has a legal right to know anything [Outside of a court case]. Conversely however not everyone has a right stop someone knowing something.
2] I don't believe the Leveson enquiry carries any legal privilege to confidentiality. No-one has given evidence on oath and the QC has not inferred any restriction on witness statements.

the more folk know the easier it is for them to make an informed choice, i still and always will have a problem with folks not knowing facts about everything
and for me and this blogg the leveson thing is out of bounds as a topic, it looks like a legal hearing to me and i will leave all the legal stuff to those who know about it |
