I doubt very much that Children's Services would be interested. We have a 6 year old and our home is very much clothing optional. We dress when we need to for warmth or practical reasons. Worst case scenario with being naked in your own garden is that a nosey neighbour takes offence and calls the police. In theory, you could be charged with breach of the peace - a catch-all offence that can be used to make just about any behaviour illegal. I would say that was unlikely unless you tried it on the high street. |
