Aint you never heard of time-travel? "We're all wankers here," said the cat, "You're a wanker. I'm a wanker." | |||

Sounds like you learned Rule #1 of t'Internet - don't use your real name, normal email address, or other ID on a not-quite-normal web board. Get a 'free' Gmail or Yahoo email address for kink. And another for stalk, sorry Facebook. And another for general chat, friends, etc. Don't use your ISP-provided email (as you might want to change from BT/Virgin/etc for a better deal). And finally, don't EVER use a work email for non-work stuff, for various reasons (might get you in trouble with "acceptable use" policy if they are looking for reasons to shed workforce, might result in uncomfortable work/home/kink mix-ups, might be changed on a new job/company re-brand/etc resulting in tedious effort to change all sites that use it). Forgot to add - remember do not use the email provider for web searches while logged in. For example, if you use a Gmail account's web interface (or any provider that rely on them, e.g. Virgin, Sky, etc) then don't do a web search in the same browser. If you do, then every web search is liked to your account through the log-in cookie. So use Yahoo for email and Google for searching, or vice versa. Or have two web browsers, one only for Google searches (e.g. Chrome) and another for web mail (e.g. Firefox). You might also want to keep Facebook logged in to your Gmail browser, and don't do anything else, and you the other one for all searches and web page access, so you don't get tracked via the Facebook "Like" buttons. Thanks, that will be my tin foil hat...
