I managed somehow to totally get the times wrong. Turned up two hours late when i was certain it was 3.15pm appointment.

Really annoyed with myself. The confusion from the fibro fog has been terrible of late.

Now i've to wait for another appointment sometime... could be weeks, could be months. Not sure I'll cope really. Already felt at my wits end recently.

To make the day worse I now hurt lots and my knees twisted after falling trying to get to the phone and falling into a bookcase, leading to several hardback books falling on me. Not fun.

Today is feeling a better day. Certainly calmer.

Will jut have to wait on an appointment and soldier on best I can.
