eugh. hot salmon is an abomination, and hot salmon with cheese sauce doubly so. wonderer, how could you? the only way to eat it is lightly poached, cold, with mayonnaise and a cucumber salad. or smoked, of course.

If it's fish, it's gotta be the George Foreman grill...cooks lil fishies to perfection! (Snert...I typed "cocks" instead of cooks!!!) "How the fuck are you going to do that with your eyeballs bouncing off the fucking cement?!"

It's best served flaked, on top of a diced potato and brie bake with curly kale jacket. It can be coated in warmed Mary Berry's Lemon & Thyme sauce which is best with prawns in. SOS The Titter_Ye_Not group - for when you don't feel too serious.

I can see what words you type most often. "Let your fingers do the walking" as they say. ("Walking" I wrote, "walking", not the word filthy minds would have read). "Wisdom begins in wonder” (Socrates)

Thanks for the suggestion; in fact thanks to all contributors for recipe thoughts. I considered Wellington but didn't have any ready made puff pastry and didn't have time. I agree it's a nice way to do it though. "Wisdom begins in wonder” (Socrates)
