I've now got a nice pervy Daddy to play with and He and I wondered what Daddys do instead of collaring, or whether Daddys use collars too?
We both kinda think that a collar doesn't seem quite right but He wants something to show He's my Daddy. Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks for the idea, but I don't think that's quite us, we don't do baby play.

A piece of girlie jewellery that has significance between you? There's a somebody I'm longing to see, I hope that he turns out to be, someone to watch over me

really anything can be used as a 'collar' a necklace or ring is ideal. my baba has both a slave collar and a jewellery collar. really its up to you both to find something significant between yourselves. Debrus

My Daddy gave me a collar, this is very much right for our dynamic. It's pretty, pink and fluffy on the inside. I struggle to see why every lil girl wouldn't want one! XxX

My initial thought (and it seems like the responses so far confirm that feeling) is that there isn't a specific established symbol for d/lg dynamics. I think a necklace or bracelet with something personally significant on it probably seems most suitable to me. I certainly feel very special when I wear the necklace my daddy gave me, even though it doesn't explicitly signify that part of who we are. I know what you mean about not feeling like a collar quite fits the dynamic; something a bit less formal/grown up looking would better reflect how me and my daddy are with each other anyway.
In the end, nothing you do matters. All that matters is what you do.

A heart shaped pendant (on a tight chain) with 'Daddy' inscribed in the back or the inside.

Well it's not really posh enough to be a collaring equivalent but how cool is this pretty necklace? In answer to the op, we don't really go in for collaring, but have things that are special for us, like my little girl blanket. I've seen someone on here with a lovely embroidered ribbon which seems like a softer version of a collar maybe more suitable for little girls if a collar doesnt seem right. TM x
