to be honest i think it would be better if the whole issue was extended away from the NHS, still part of it because it is clearly a health issue but because it's becoming a bigger problem than it used to be it needs it's own programme

This is why some doctors etc have been looking into a replacement for BMI,but so far no replacement has been forth coming.So you stuck with it.
