Well congratulations are in order!! Chester Munch is having a baby!!! Yep,only three days to go. Of course we're very excited about our new addition, and hope some of you will come and have a look! Our new baby will be called Chester Fetographer Group, or CFG for short, and will be held in the TOWN CRIER pub, directly opposite Chester train station (venue of the main munch) on the FOURTH Sunday of every month. That means our first one will be on the 22nd January, from 1pm onwards (till people either turn up or don't!) and will be held in the back bar. The idea is for anyone local interested in Fetography to meet up once a month at a permanent base, and then throughout the year at various locations to shoot. You don't have to be experienced...i'm definitely not... this is meant to be lots of fun! So, you don't have to have a top of the range SLR, you don't have to be a professional model, just an interest in what fun can be had either side of the camera! The aim is for the inexperienced to learn from the experienced, and those with imagination to come up with ideas! We're looking for places to visit and shoot during the good weather, and of course studios and indoor locations for bad weather... and will arrange outings as and when. These could be evenings or weekends, or even occasionally day time, depending on who is free when and what transport is available. Of course there'll be plenty of vanilla stuff to shoot too, but just so people are aware Fetography is our main aim here. All outings will be fuel shared and no models or photographers should expect or request remuneration for their time. This is meant to be a fun idea and not for commercial gain. six Edited Thu 19 Jan 12, 11:09 AM by Chester_Munch | ||

Oh bugger, I'm in Nottingham this Sunday - but this is definitely an event I'd be interested in so if it's a success and looks like happening again, I'd definitely like to be involved COSHH Data: Caution: Unsuitable for those allergic to nuts! May contain traces of irony and sarcasm. |
