hey folks, Haven't been on in ages, things have gone a bit haywire to say the least, but finally I am in the right frame of mind to get back into the swing of things. Basically, I have seen some dodgey videos where men have split their genitals in half, cut holes in them and goodness knows what - this seems a little too much for me, personally. but others have shoved things down their urethra for sexual pleasure. I am interested in purchasing sounds, or a penile plug to experiment with such sensations. I have done some research and am aware that plugs can offer "thru-holes", allowing the wearer to freely urinate and/or ejaculate without fear of the item slipping - but I was wondering what the hygiene issue would be. any other experiences/advice would be greatly appreciated. so long as its clean when it goes in, your urine is sterile anyway and you should not have to much trouble with it. The main problem would likely be such as it rubbing on clothing and gathering up bits of cotton etc but if you clean on a regular bases then there's no problems there. Id avoid using tissue products when cleaning yourself after a bathroom trip and keep a little packet of wet toilet paper wipes to use instead to stop any material being left behind.
Id also avoid wearing for long periods of time straight away as you will probably start to feel a little redness from your hole being kept open for long periods of time so wear a little at first then build it up. Get some alcowipes and wipe the meatus (the opening) before you insert a sterile well-lubed sound. The bacteria around the meatus doesn't get on with the bacteria inside the urethral tract and they may have a big fight and war will break out (infection). Once cleaned you can play with the sound as much as you like. The most sensitive part of your penis is the meatus and up to about 1.5" down. Sliding the sound in and out of your meatus should feel fantastic. Use a good quality lube like peli-jelly which comes in sterile sachets (edge play.co.uk do them). Quality lube stops the urethral membrane becoming inflamed and sore thus preventing the 'feels like broken glass' pee afterwards. Don't soak your sound in bleach, it will ruin the finish, instead either boil for 30mins or wrap in foil and bake in a hot oven for 30mins at gas mark 6. You can leave the sound in the foil until next time you want to play. Oh and make sure you clean off all the lube before you sterilise.
