Very interesting, although I agree, I would say that it requires a relatively sophisticated intellect with some emotional intelligence to play the games we do. There are some people who don't see the difference between abusing you in bedroom fun, and treating you disrespectfully in a non-sexual setting. Having said that, just because some people lack the capacity to mindfuck properly, that's no reason not to enjoy breaking social norms and crossing boundaries of acceptable behaviour in consenting relationships.
Bottom line is we should all think we're brainy for being able to walk the fine line without falling off | ||

Thanks for posting that. It's taken me a long time to work out that although I enjoy the idea of kink in the bedroom, it doesn't mean I'm a misogynistic sadist. In fact, I think it might be quite the opposite. I get the impression that the amount of discussion, preparation and consideration which goes into a D/S relationship is very high. On the other hand, picking up women for the purposes of a quick Vanilla shag seems to demonstrate far more contempt for women. | ||
