From the earlier blog, I've been at the hospital today.
Well, its good news the operation I need is possible but its going to be some time off.
The weight loss journey is also going to continue, the new target to lose in all has been set at 162 lbs (11 stones 8lbs) so just another 90 lbs to go now 
I figure that's going to take me a while but there's no rush.
As Fay said today that I looked like I was on cloud 9 as I walked out of the hospital, which in itself is a massive boost as my weight loss journey had slowed down a little of late with this question of the surgery hanging in the balance as it were.

90 lbs is a great goal.For me 10% is my next goal.I hope each week is a weight loss week for you.
I have gained 5 lbs since before Christmas-arghhhhhhhh so my 10% is further away than I want it to be. Tomorrow you may wish for today. | |
