" Sing me to sleep, sing me to sleep... "
She lays next to me in the bed, sprawled amongst the covers in a most ungainly way. She lifts her hand, as if to say something, but can't remember what, and her hand drops again.
About an hour ago, I gave her a zopiclone. It didn't make her sleepy at first, just a little confused and disoriented. But when I followed it up with half a diazepam, and a couple of codeine tablets, she soon became drowsy. I even had to help her up the stairs.
" I'm tired and I... I want to go to bed.. "
I reach over; place my hand gently on her stomach to see if she's still breathing. She murmurs slightly.
I look down at her beautiful figure. Her shiny black heels lay discarded on the floor, but she's still wearing her sheer stockings, red basque and knickers. I tug her knickers down over her hips; throw them on the floor. She tries to lift her head, but can't.
I want to wait until she's asleep, but she's fighting it. No matter. I keep myself awake, playing with my phone, taking pictures of her as she drowses among the sheets. She's getting close now; she doesn't even notice the flash of the camera.
" Sing me to sleep... and then leave me alone... "
I can hear her murmuring. I lean in close, to hear what she's saying. " I'm... sinking... " she says, her eyes still closed. So sweet.
When I'm sure she's unconscious I rape her slowly, pulling her legs wide apart, and fucking her gently so as not to wake her. It's a strange feeling. She doesn't move a muscle, doesn't respond, doesn't moan or smile. She just lays there, warm but silent, as I fuck her over and over. Even when I come, she doesn't react at all.
" Don't try to wake me in the morning.. 'cause I will be gone... "
It feels good, but it's not enough. The thought of her laying there so passive, so helpless, just inflames me. I punch her hard, on the thigh. She doesn't even move. I punch her harder, in the stomach this time. She grunts a little, but otherwise doesn't react. If she was conscious, she'd be flinching and trying to get away. This is perfect.
I help her sit up a little; prop her against the wall. Her hair spills across her cheek, I tuck it carefully behind her ear.
I punch her hard in the face. Her head bounces back, hits the wall. She slumps to one side. I have to catch her and prop her back up again.
I punch her several more times, loving the feeling of my fist against her soft skin. The night is so quiet without her crying or pleading; it feels like I am truly alone with my blood lust for the first time.
" I don't want to wake up on my own anymore.. "
I hit her one more time. Her cheek blooms like a flower in the dark, and she lets out a small whimper.
I lay her down in the bed, cradle her head with pillows, and lay down next to her. Check her breathing one more time, then close my own eyes.
Time for sleep.

Hi @AshUK, I'm really sorry, but the best thing I can say about this is that it is well written. I am mainly responding to this out of principle, and completely realise I am exposing myself to the YKIOK brigade, but I have serious issue with the subject matter of this piece. We are on a site called 'Informed Consent' and yet I cannot see a single thing informed or consensual about it. I know it's fiction, I know it's meant to be in good humour, but perhaps there are two things that ought to be considered? 1. There is a huge potential downside, bearing in mind the activities described - perhaps glorifying them to such an extreme degree is a little reckless? 2. Is this the most appropriate forum for such pieces? As said earlier, it is well-written, but the only response it provokes from my perspective is a negative one... I hope you see this post as constructive criticism and not a complete attack on you. It is somewhat spontaneously written, and not meant to cause offence, but describe my response to the above... | |

Hypothetically the case for the other view, Is this kink, or a series of offences against a helpless drugged victim? Please consider in law as well as in consent. YKIOK is not admissiable as a defence in any court.... For those not aware, and bear in mind there are some less experienced or informed than others, an individual cannot in law consent to anything other than a common ( minor) assault on themselves save in certain circumstances, such as boxing or sports etc.. In addition the consent to an assault, has to be informed meaning that the 'victim' has to be aware of the nature and extent of what is to happen, and has to be in a state to understand whats happening to them. It is arguable whether drugs or drink would debilitate any 'victim' from giving his or her consent in an informed way. As an academic exercise and to keep my brain active I added up the offences commited and added a likely sentence. Administering a noxious substance Rape, with aggravating factors Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm Assault occasioning Grievous Bodily Harm /or Assault occasioning Grievous Bodily Harm with Intent The assailant is going to be sentenced to life in prison and I reckon would be in double figures as his mimimum tarriff. I know the 'stories' are fun to read, but its sometimes right to consider the potential down side if you choose to follow these too closely. I would hate to think someone read them and assumed that this was acceptable kink in the eyes of the law. Better to be aware of the risks involved and make an informed choice as to whether to take part in these activities. UO

Seriously? There would of course have to be a complainant. Much of what is done consentingly by ICers would be illegal if anyone knew and could be arsed to prosecute. I begin to feel that it would be easier if we just had 3 stock answers to @AshUK 's stories and we all just post 1, 2 or 3, as it's all been said before. 1 - Oooh, Ash, you are the uberest of all doms and your writing makes me really wet 2 - Good God, what kind of monster are you? Don't you realise you are glorifying sick behaviour and will irrevocably scar the psyches of some of your innocent readers (and apparently bring years of imprisonment upon anyone who follows your example) 3 - Very nice, but you are possibly a tiny bit up your own arse about how daring and domly you are my son. The need for a complainant is not always there. More recently third party reporting, victimless prosecutions and a positive arrest and prosecution policy have negated the need to always have a willing complainant. The CPS also has a positive prosecution policy. I at no point said dont do this... I think you are fortunate to know where you stand, but think of someone new and lacking your knowledge. They might just like to know what the risks are in making thier own choices and decisions. Thank you for the opportunity to add ths bit in, as in retrospect it would have been better to add this initially. UO |
