So I want to have a healthy debate, without trashing each others ideas, on purpose in life, what we are supposed to be doing while on this planet? Whether you believe in the end we just die and are buried, or that we are reincarnated perhaps as dung beetles or transcend/descend to other places? So, what's your thoughts on purpose?
See to me life has a lot to do with choice, the narrow road or the easy one - getting rich quick or helping others first - there's lots of different ways to live. Surely not only one is correct?

were born because we are a life form that live's off other life form's we all share plant's an animal's the same base genetic building block's and that spark of electric that drive's every living thing is all pervasive,, is there a reason behind it all,, prehap's if we stopped destroying the very planet we inhabit we may live ( as a species ) long enough to find out, realising 'god' is only in our heads because that is a feeling nothing more than a natural animal and even plant defense mechinism understanding that would go a long way to a greater understanding of the 'human' pysc,, i guess im trying to say that our only point of being here on this planet is to survive and breed,, thats it end of ! I'm going to disagree already that God is part of purpose, of course you are welcome to your theories, and that is all we are doing - exchanging theories. I don't think life would be the same spiritually without God, he holds the secrets to the universe and loves us equally. That isn't anything false, it's beautiful. This is one of the fundermental reason's why we as a specie's is doomed,, because we choose to ignorant,, we all do it to different degree's we hold belief's that are not sustainable in the face of logic and fact,, life exist's,, that is it,, it is not a falicy nor made up it's a fact,, we created and have created beings to worship for thousand's of years,, we have done this,, There is a very plain logical reason why,, unfortunatly indoctranation has left many millions of people ill able to 'think' and i find it a great shame that because of pathetic people grasping on to 'power' through an organise religeon or other and that they should steer the minion's to their will by deceit and lie's,,and my great saddness is that a great many have an incapacity to see past their indoctrine nor have to the will to ( god forbid ) 'think'. ok look you wanted open debate, i insulted you ,,,i did not know you held a god belief you insulted me,, so then i continue but for me to have actual open debate it must be free of preduious which sound's a bit daft because if one holds a firm belief in somthing they cannot prove beyound that they personaly believe it then it's hard to move forward to the general question of what your asking, Please excuse crap spelling cause i,m rubbish | |

Cant believe we are here for material stuff....not sure what my or any definition of God is...im sure this life is a staging post between what has gone before, and what is to come.If you want a religious take on it, perhaps we are on a journey, generation upon generation, to improve ourseles till we are up to Gods standards.....no doubt it will happen in infinity....Lord, im becoming a bit serious ere!! Oh life is amazing it really is,, and if one is to find the source of life ,, the actual source both science and the gods option's are entirly limited to theory, but it is from that point of when life actualy started the only point is to survive all forms of life do it,, the whole existance to to reproduce,, so seeing 'the' point from that then to me there is non so lets play !
