Good morning all.
I couldn't sleep yet I have viitors coming today and tonight, a market stall to do at the LFF on sunday so I need to sort out our stock with my business partner today too.
So I hope everyones virues have gone and that you all have a good day....

Awake and feeling stiff all over. Seeing my trainer today so I suspect I will feel utterly exhausted after that!  Bacon and eggs sounds lovely, thanks to the OP - plus a big mug of peppermint tea I think
