Judicial Punishment in London Feb/March (9)

I am looking for other culprits who have the need for corporal punishment.

One reason for this is to help make the trip worth the Mistress's while and to share some of the costs (dungeon hire etc.). However I also find that it makes the whole thing a bit more fun and sociable if there is more than one culprit who is being dealt with. I'm not sure whether we will be able to go this far on this occasion, but in the past we have done a mock court scene with defence and prosecution barristers etc, before leading to the inevitable severe punishment for the culprits.

On the other hand if you just want to take it one-to-one with the Mistress, that's fine too.

I'll be taking an extremely severe Judicial punishment, but if your needs are for something more moderate that's fine too. You are nevertheless welcome to witness me getting my punishment, if that appeals to you.

There's a big contradiction there which makes me think its not real J.P you want. Real J.P is something you would never wish to repeat or contemplate again.

Please be careful what you wish and ask for..........fantasy is fair enough and that's what it sounds like. Real J P can cause damage if its real and they don't play games in Singapore Good Luck and think hard.

Justin, have you ever thought of incorporating it in one of the party scenes that are now available in London, that way it will save the cost of hiring a dungeon.

Those that know me will vouch that I know what real JP means and the implications.

In this particular case it is me that will be getting the judicial level treatment (OK, probably not quite all out Singapore level on this occasion, but severe and merciless nevertheless), however others participants can take it at whatever level suits them. I wouldn't expect others to take it as I do unless they are like me and hardened to it.

While the actual execution of the punishment will be carried out seriously and will not be fun while it is taking place, at least not for me, this doesn't mean that there can't be some fun and sociability during the event as a whole.

Hello Justin I'm am interested in this. could you please let me have the details once they have been established. I need to know what my total costs are going to be, as I would be traveling from Leeds. also who the Mistress's will be and if warm ups will be permitted. Regards massado.

A long sentence for aiding and abetting your own assault and a longer sentence for the person who carried it out is a lot more tedious than "plain boring".

If you are not familiar with the Spanner case and its implications please read up on it as its real and certain not a trivial "health and safety" issue.

If you don't think it applies to you or anyone around you I respectfully suggest you get out more and speak to some of the people whose lives are impacted by such investigations. Its not always the court case that does the damage.

There were four culprits on the list to be dealt with by Principal Punishment Officer Rattan.

Also in attendance were Deputy Punishment Officer Stripes and the Medical Officer, Dr Brown.

The culprits were paraded individually before the Medical Officer and Principal Punishment Officer Rattan for inspection and questioning about their medical condition and previous experience of corporal punishment.

Deputy Punishment Officer Stripes kept order among the prisoners while they awaited their fate. The prisoners were required to stand up straight and there was strictly no talking and no frivolity was tolerated.

Punishments were awarded for the first set of charges for each prisoner. The charge for each punishment was read by Deputy Punishment Officer Stripes following which the Principal Punishment Officer announced the sentence. Without further ado the prisoner was placed over the punishment bench to receive his judicial punishment. Deputy Punishment Officer Stripes counted out the strokes as the sentence was inflicted by Principal Punishment Officer Rattan.

After the first set of charges had been dealt with each prisoner was inspected and questioned by the Medical Officer and then paraded individually before the Principal Punishment Officer for assessment of his capability to take further punishment.

All prisoners were found to be fit to receive further punishment.

At this stage in the proceedings the Medical Officer made Principal Punishment Officer Rattan aware that rather than the four on the punishment list prepared by Deputy Punishment Officer Stripes, there should have been five names on the list and that she had found the Charge Sheet relating to the fifth offender. Upon referring to the Charge Sheet Principal Punishment Officer Rattan was shocked to see that the charges referred to Deputy Punishment Officer Stripes himself. She announced that Stripes was to remain at his post for the time being, but at the end of the proceedings she would deal with his case and when that time came Stripes should expect the consequences to be extremely severe.

Each of the four original prisoners was brought forward in turn to answer for a second more serious charge. As before the charge was read out by Deputy Punishment Officer Stripes who also counted out the strokes of the more severe punishment applicable as they were inflicted by Principal Punishment Officer Rattan.

At this point Stripes was called up before the Principal Punishment Officer and ordered to remove his uniform, which he was no longer entitled to wear due to his gross misconduct.

The offences on Stripes's Charge Sheet were very grave. Misconduct in Public Offence by using Correction Centre property to conduct a lewd sexual liaison, coercion of sexual favours from a female felon on promise of falsifying records so that she might avoid the judicial corporal punishment to which she had been sentenced and subsequently perverting the course of justice when he carried out the said falsification.

Principal Punishment Officer was extremely displeased by Stripes's appalling betrayal of trust and saw to it that his sentence of 66 strokes of the senior cane was carried out with maximum possible force.

Subsequently further charges were brought to bear against three of the other culprits and appropriate additional punishment inflicted.

After the completion of the formal proceedings the participants assembled in a neighbouring hostelry to reflect upon their experiences, before dispersal and no doubt further private reflection on the correction that they had received.

It can be expected that a further episode of punishment will be required at some stage for further offenders and no doubt some repeat offenders from the original set of culprits.

It is anticipated that a slightly larger venue may be required for a longer period to accommodate a slightly larger group. It may be that in addition to the punishment some court cases may need to held relating to offences that had as yet not come to trial. Individual probationary hearings may also be held.
