Greetings. I seem unable to upload any pictures. I'm just using the normal upload page, I'm not using an iphone, just uploading from my PC. Once I upload the picture, I just get a message saying it must be a jpg, gif etc. Which the picture is. The file size is okay and the resolution is well withing the limits. I've uploaded the same picture before to this site a few months back, so I'm guessing something has changed. I read a thread about people havng trouble uploading via email recently and so wondered if this might be a related issues. Thanks for any useful insights. |

Could you mail the file that's failing to upload to admin AT informedconsent.co.uk Some pictures are being uploaded ok today (I've just done a test myself) so it's probably something about the file itself that the new system isn't coping with. Thanks Admin Remember: it's only a website |

I think this is sorted now. It appears it was a problem with Internet Explorer (labelling JPGs as "image/pjpeg" rather than "image/jpeg" when it sends them) so if anyone else was having problems, please have another go.
Thanks to ReadingSM and lowestoftsub for bringing this up and helping test different solutions Admin Remember: it's only a website |
