I find "Informed Debate" a nicer place now I don't subscribe. I still pop in occasionally to read or post, when the mood takes me, but find myself less likely to be dragged into the sort of petty arguments which have sometimes occurred; those threads which are characterised more by speed of interaction and mocking tone than depth of thought.
