I understand all of the above (and have heard it before, so know you are speaking the truth, lol), but don't understand (accept) it for the following reasons:
1. They are supposedly "submissive" - they should do as they are told. (ok, that is a bit uber, but it is from the D/s perspective).
2. Women are expected to swallow it all the time. What's the big deal?
3. They have presumably just sessioned with someone - something that many only still dream about. I would think they would have the gratitude to do that small thing without qualm.
4. They were actually allowd to COME in a session with someone. Maybe they don't realise just how lucky they are, as a LOT of guys will never come during a session with a M/D AT ALL. That probably goes back to #3 - they should count their blessings and open their mouths.
5. It isn't about "their kink" or "them". It is about being submissive. If they are really just interested in it until they get off, that is totally self-centered, and while they may be into kinky sex, it certainly isn't submission, imho. It's kinky sex.

Sorry, I thought you were looking for an explanation of why it happened rather than justification for doing it. I'm not really in a position to provide the latter, as I agree with most of what you've said above.
But on the subject of disparity between men and women, I think you'll find a lot of bi male subs are willing to swallow, as long as the sexual urge is present. The difficulty is with swallowing their own, because one of the prerequisites is that they have recently orgasmed. Again, it's different if the ejaculate is stored for later consumption, as the drive might have returned by then. At the same time, not all women will allow semen into their mouths, although I'm sure it's a common pre-requisite for a male dominant dealing with a female submissive.
To my understanding, women don't have the same sex drive kill switch as we males, perhaps because, biologically, our work ends at the moment of insemination. Job done, and there's no real evolutionary advantage to continuing to go the distance. Again, I'm explaining why men are inclined to behave this way.
