I seem to be struggling to find a good fetish/BDSM club to the South of London. It seems to me that in most of them fetish clothing is optional. The last event I attended with my sub was the Fclub a couple of months ago, and the evening was mixed up with the normal swingers club attendees, which makes it rather less intimate and rather disappointing. I notice that both the Hellfire Club and Heathrow Dungeon don't insist on fetish clothing. I suspect that the likes of TG etc. appeal to a younger audience. Any ideas?

Playspace in Camberley. Certainly a good club. They don't insist on fet clothing but they strongly encourage it. http://www.informedconsent.co.uk/p/Play_Space/ They definitely vet people who want to come. That's nothing to do with "beautiful people", everything to do with keeping out wanky men and other such nuisances.

Thank you both for your recommendation. I don't know how Playspace passed me by! Good to hear wanky men are discouraged and that attendees are vetted! Do they only do one party a month?

Thank you, good to hear. What's the ambience like? Loud music or more atmospheric? Also, what's the normal age range? So many questions.....

Wanky men aren't allowed. The posters were being polite when they said discouraged. Well, I suppose it *is* discouraged, as we haven't actuall had one yet. LOL We only do one party a month at the moment - the first Friday of the month. We do sometimes have Peer Workshops and Bring and Buy sales - they would be on Sunday, probably, this year. The music is just ambient background music - not very loud and no dancing, etc. With PlaySpace kit and Dungeon E$ rented kit, there is usually over 20 pieces of play equipment and a dedicated screened medical area for needles and intimate play. The profile is @Play_Space if you would like more information.
If you drop me a memo with your email address, I will send you a vetting form. ETA: And thank you all for the compliments. We are glad you like it. xxx @Play_Space - Next party is Friday, January 6, 2012 and the first Friday of every month! Edited 3 Jan 12, 5:13 PM by Ama_Sidero

It would seem that the Fem Sub Club and Playspace seem to fit the bill perfectly!

I can recommend Ann's Daytime Parties (formerly Ann & Roly's); not quite in south London, but Romford. You'll find a warm welcome, no music, good food, good people, and no dress code. Supplier of classic motor omnibuses for weddings and all sorts of events in the south of England. |
